1. We purchased it through Amazon but through Zoo Tycoon.
2. Aye, nosotros purchased a disk version because I read reviews that said that downloading information technology from online didn't work on Windows ten all the time. We are receiving the error when trying to play from the disk.

I followed your directions and it gave me an error. "Startup.exe - System error The program can't start because D3DX9_32.DLL is missing from your reckoner. Try installing the program to play a joke on this problem." Please suggest.
